El proyecto húngaro de black metal atmosférico WitcheR ha anunciado el lanzamiento de su nuevo álbum, «Ӧröklét». El trabajo, compuesto por cinco pistas, está disponible en formato digital, casete y CD desde el 4 de noviembre, a través de Filosofem Records. La edición en vinilo será lanzada por Beverina Productions a finales de noviembre.Formado en 2010 por los músicos Gere Karola y Neubauer Roland, WitcheR ha desarrollado una identidad única al tejer folclore, mitología e historia con atmósferas envolventes. Su trabajo previo, «Boszorkányszimfóniák», estuvo dedicado por completo a interpretaciones de composiciones clásicas.
«Ӧröklét» se presenta como una obra emotiva y cautivadora que encapsula la esencia de la banda: el rechazo a la superficialidad moderna y un anhelo por épocas pasadas.
La portada del álbum es obra de Balázs Pénzes de Grafit & Hamu Artworks (Korp, Vrag), manteniendo una coherencia visual con sus álbumes predecesores, «Boszorkányszimfóniák» y «Lélekharang».
The Hungarian atmospheric black metal project WitcheR has announced the release of their new album, «Ӧröklét». The work, composed of five tracks, is available in digital, cassette, and CD formats since November 4, through Filosofem Records. The vinyl edition will be released by Beverina Productions in late November.
Formed in 2010 by musicians Gere Karola and Neubauer Roland, WitcheR has developed a unique identity by weaving folklore, mythology, and history with enveloping atmospheres. Their previous work, «Boszorkányszimfóniák» was dedicated entirely to interpretations of classical compositions.
«Ӧröklét» is presented as an emotive and captivating work that encapsulates the band’s essence: the rejection of modern superficiality and a yearning for past times.
The album’s cover art is the work of Balázs Pénzes of Grafit & Hamu Artworks (Korp, Vrag), maintaining a visual coherence with their predecessor albums, «Boszorkányszimfóniák» and «Lélekharang».
