Forever Autumn, el proyecto musical liderado por Autumn Ni Dubhghaill desde las tierras altas boscosas de los Berkshires en Massachusetts, lanzará su nuevo álbum, «The Lamentations», el 3 de enero de 2026, coincidiendo con la noche de la Luna del Lobo.

Forever Autumn, the musical project led by Autumn Ni Dubhghaill from the wooded uplands of the Berkshires in Massachusetts, will release her new album, «The Lamentations», on January 3, 2026, coinciding with the night of the Wolf Moon.
Since the dawn of the millennium, Autumn Ni Dubhghaill has woven compositions of deep emotion and vision, occasionally collaborating with artists such as My Dying Bride vocalist Aaron Stainthorpe and cellist Jon McGrath.
«The Lamentations» is presented as a remarkable and the most intimate work from the artist. The album, which has been conceived solo by Autumn, utilizes acoustic instrumentation and a wild vocal versatility to invoke the intensity usually found in genres like doom and black metal.
The record guides the listener through profoundly moving experiences. From the emotional poignancy of the opening track, «Beltaine», to songs like «Self-Portrait In Blue, Black And Grey», «Hexes And Wards», and «The Black Candle». The compositions draw inspiration from global folk music, natural magic, and inherent memory.
The album was mixed by Robby Baier and mastered by Jack Control(Darkthrone, Inculter), who previously worked on Forever Autumn‘s acclaimed EP, «Crowned In Skulls«. The artwork wrapping the release was painted by Autumn Ni Dubhghaill herself.
