Desde Poznań, la formación polaca de black metal Devorzhum consolida su ascenso en la escena extrema con el lanzamiento de su nuevo mini-álbum conceptual. Tras el éxito de su debut «Exigens Monumentum», la banda liderada por el experimentado Szymon «Simon» Bieńkowski (ex-Supreme Lord, Morbus Mortifer) presenta una obra de 30 minutos que profundiza en las facetas más oscuras de la condición humana.
Titulado «O królestwie, którego nigdy nie było…» (Sobre el reino que nunca existió…), este trabajo aleja la narrativa de la ficción para situarla en una realidad cruda y persistente: el convulso Oriente Medio. A través de sus cuatro pistas, la banda explora un ciclo de sufrimiento, muerte y venganza moldeado por el fanatismo religioso.
No se trata de un mito, sino de una crónica sonora sobre el dolor de naciones y grupos étnicos que enfrentan una violencia sistémica.
En este nuevo lanzamiento, Devorzhum expande sus horizontes musicales sin sacrificar su identidad fundamental. El sonido ha evolucionado hacia una mayor complejidad narrativa, caracterizada por:

From Poznań, the Polish black metal outfit Devorzhum solidifies its ascent in the extreme scene with the release of their new conceptual mini-album. Following the success of their debut, «Exigens Monumentum», the band led by the experienced Szymon «Simon» Bieńkowski (ex-Supreme Lord, Morbus Mortifer) presents a 30-minute work that delves into the darkest facets of the human condition.
Titled «O królestwie, którego nigdy nie było…» (About the kingdom that never existed…), this work shifts the narrative away from fiction, placing it within a raw and persistent reality: the turbulent Middle East. Across its four tracks, the band explores a cycle of suffering, death, and revenge shaped by religious fanaticism. This is not a myth, but a sonic chronicle of the pain endured by nations and ethnic groups facing systemic violence.
In this new release, Devorzhum expands its musical horizons without sacrificing its fundamental identity. The sound has evolved toward greater narrative complexity, characterized by:
