La banda barcelonesa de death-doom Bocc ha anunciado el lanzamiento de su segundo álbum de larga duración, titulado «Demolarium», que verá la luz el próximo 11 de septiembre de 2026 a través del sello Night Terrors Records.
Formados en 2019 en Cataluña, Bocc se ha labrado un camino propio en la escena underground gracias a una propuesta que amalgama la pesadez del funeral doom, la hostilidad del sludge y la agresividad del crust punk. Su sonido captura el espíritu más auténtico de la música extrema: crudo, sombrío y profundamente honesto.
«Demolarium»se presenta como un trabajo construido sobre la densidad y la decadencia. El disco captura la energía visceral de un ensayo en directo, evitando artificios de estudio para mantener su música tan directa, pesada y real como es posible.
Las letras de Bocc, compuestas e interpretadas íntegramente en catalán, se alejan de las temáticas convencionales del metal extremo para nutrirse de la historia, el folclore, los mitos y los eventos macabros de Cataluña y Barcelona. Este enfoque refleja una conexión profunda con sus raíces, a la vez que se mantiene firme en el movimiento antifascista que ha definido su identidad desde sus inicios.
La propuesta es ideal para seguidores de bandas como Coffins, Grief, Autopsy, Winter, Fistula, Cianide y Eyehategod.
Night Terrors Records publicará el álbum en ediciones de vinilo (color y negro), las cuales vendrán acompañadas de un fanzine de edición limitada dedicado exclusivamente al grupo. Además, Bocc llevará su contundente directo al festival CastellHell Reborns en octubre de 2026, donde compartirán escenario con nombres destacados como Dead Congregation, Galvanizer, Benighted y Cerebral Curse.

The Barcelona death-doom band Bocc has announced the release of their second full-length album, titled «Demolarium», which will see the light of day this coming September 11, 2026, through the label Night Terrors Records.
Formed in 2019 in Catalonia, Bocc has carved out their own path in the underground scene thanks to a proposal that amalgamates the heaviness of funeral doom, the hostility of sludge, and the aggressiveness of crust punk. Their sound captures the most authentic spirit of extreme music: raw, somber, and deeply honest.
«Demolarium» is presented as a work built on density and decay. The record captures the visceral energy of a live rehearsal, avoiding studio gimmicks to keep their music as direct, heavy, and real as possible.
Bocc’s lyrics, composed and performed entirely in Catalan, move away from the conventional themes of extreme metal to draw from the history, folklore, myths, and macabre events of Catalonia and Barcelona. This approach reflects a deep connection with their roots, while remaining firm in the anti-fascist movement that has defined their identity since their beginnings.

Night Terrors Records will publish the album in vinyl editions (colored and black), which will come accompanied by a limited-edition fanzine dedicated exclusively to the group.
