La formación chilena de death metal Deconsekrated ha presentado «Under the Rotten Shroud», primer corte de adelanto perteneciente a su próximo álbum de estudio, The Inexorable Transcendence of Death. El trabajo saldrá al mercado el 2 de octubre de 2026 a través del sello Nuclear Winter Records.
Formados en 2020 en el sur de Chile por el guitarrista Agorh Skullptor, el proyecto evolucionó de trío inicial a su actual alineación de cinco componentes. Su propuesta aborda temáticas centradas en la muerte, la iconoclasia y la transmutación espiritual. Tras la repercusión de su EP de 2024, Ascension in the Altar of Condemned, y su paso por escenarios junto a bandas como Master, Malevolent Creation o Morta Skuld, la agrupación prepara la salida de su primer gran larga duración.
El nuevo material mantiene la raíz compositiva del death metal tradicional, incorporando arreglos intrincados y cambios de ritmo dentro de una producción de corte denso y atmosférico.

Founded in 2020 by guitarist Agorh Skullptor, the band transitioned from a three-piece core into a full five-member lineup. Their lyrical concept focuses on death, anti-dogmatic themes, and spiritual transmutation. Following the release of their 2024 EP Ascension in the Altar of Condemned and live appearances alongside acts like Master, Malevolent Creation, and Morta Skuld, the band now prepares to unveil their latest studio work.
