El quinteto chileno de death metal Necrodemon ha lanzado el videoclip oficial de «Burn, Your Christians, Burn!», uno de los cortes angulares de su tercer y flamante álbum de estudio, «Through Infinite Grief». Con más de tres décadas de trayectoria a sus espaldas, la banda mantiene intacta su férrea postura antirreligiosa y su visceral anticristianismo, consolidando un sonido que bebe directamente de la escuela del death metal técnico sueco.
Lanzado el pasado mes de mayo de 2026 a través de una alianza entre los sellos Perro Jesús Records y Eat My Records, «Through Infinite Grief» llega para suceder a su aclamado EP «Que Muera el Perro Jesús» de 2017. El proceso de grabación de este tercer LP se repartió meticulosamente por distintos puntos de Chile.
La producción general corrió a cargo de Patricio Fuentealba, mientras que el pulido final de la mezcla y la masterización fue encomendado al legendario Fredrik Nordström en los emblemáticos Studio Fredman de Gotemburgo (Suecia), dotando al disco de una pegada colosal.
En el plano creativo, la columna vertebral de «Through Infinite Grief» descansa sobre la figura de Ricardo Gallegos, compositor de toda la música, autor de las letras, creador de los arreglos junto a la banda y ejecutor de los afilados solos de guitarra. A ellos se suma el talento de Rodrigo Velásquez, quien aporta un demoledor solo de bajo en el tema «Erase Humankind».
Con el estreno de este nuevo videoclip, Necrodemon celebra la pegada de su obra más madura, reafirmando que tras más de treinta años de lucha en el underground, su visión del death metal sigue cortando como una cuchilla oxidada.
The Chilean death metal quintet Necrodemon has released the official music video for «Burn, Your Christians, Burn!», one of the cornerstone tracks of their brand-new third studio album, «Through Infinite Grief». With over three decades of trajectory under their belt, the band keeps their fierce anti-religious stance and visceral anti-Christianity intact, solidifying a sound that drinks directly from the Swedish technical death metal school.
Released this past May 2026 through an alliance between the labels Perro Jesús Records and Eat My Records, «Through Infinite Grief» arrives to succeed their acclaimed 2017 EP «Que Muera el Perro Jesús». The recording process for this third LP was meticulously distributed across various locations in Chile.
General production was handled by Patricio Fuentealba, while the final polish of mixing and mastering was entrusted to the legendary Fredrik Nordström at the iconic Studio Fredman in Gothenburg (Sweden), granting the record a colossal punch.
On the creative plane, the backbone of «Through Infinite Grief» rests upon the figure of Ricardo Gallegos, composer of all the music, author of the lyrics, creator of the arrangements alongside the band, and performer of the razor-sharp guitar solos. Joined by the talent of Rodrigo Velásquez, who contributes a devastating bass solo on the track «Erase Humankind».
With the premiere of this new music video, Necrodemon celebrates the impact of their most mature work, reaffirming that after more than thirty years of struggle in the underground, their vision of death metal continues to cut like a rusty blade.
