Consolidándose como uno de los máximos estandartes del metal extremo en Sudamérica, Perpetual Warfare celebra dos décadas de trayectoria ininterrumpida con un triple anuncio histórico: su fichaje por el prestigioso sello estadounidense M-Theory Audio, el lanzamiento del demoledor single “Nihil Sumus” -que da título a su próximo álbum de estudio- y su esperada descarga en la trigésima edición del festival Rock al Parque.
El nuevo corte funciona como una bofetada de thrash/death metal arrollador, veloz y oscuro. Líricamente, “Nihil Sumus” (No Somos Nada) se sumerge en la locura, el aislamiento y la fragilidad de la existencia humana, diseccionando la autodestrucción de una sociedad fragmentada a través de un grito claustrofóbico que eleva la madurez compositiva del grupo hasta cotas insospechadas.
La alianza con M-Theory Audio sitúa a la banda colombiana en un selecto roster internacional junto a nombres como Sworn Enemy, Fueled By Fire, Hecate Enthroned, Cemican y Hatchet, garantizando una distribución mundial de primer nivel.
