Tras siete años de espera desde el aclamado «The Body Cosmic», el dúo estadounidense de death metal melódico y progresivo Iapetus ha confirmado su triunfal retorno. El próximo 16 de octubre de 2026, el sello Willowtip lanzará su nueva y mastodóntica obra titulada «The Mother Void», un álbum concebido como la pieza final de una trilogía dedicada a explorar la tensión entre la existencia mortal y la inmensidad del espacio exterior.
Para calmar la ansiedad de sus seguidores, la banda ha publicado el videoclip oficial de su primer sencillo, «Red Giant», un corte que ya marca el tono épico y técnico del disco.
